15th March 2012

Martin Miller has taken what was the Castle Hotel under his wing and it is scheduled to re-open as Miller's Bistro and Hotel in April/May 2012.

Promising to be at the same time stylish and eclectic, yet inviting and relaxed, Miller's Bistro will offer good quality, locally-sourced food and a bed to collapse into once you've eaten too much! Or just pop in for lunch or dinner, we'll be open to non-residents too and look forward to chatting over a Martin Miller's Gin and Tonic at the bar.

We'll keep you posted on the grand opening, but in the meantime why not contact the team at to make an advance booking and be the first to stay!
